You need a professional address and a virtual office to help manage mail.  We've got you covered. Email alerts that show you the mail you've received. Then you choose how you'd like to handle your mail.  Want to see the contents?  We'll open and scan it for you.  We'll hold it for pick up or forward it to you monthly for no additional charge.*  Think someone might visit you at your virtual office?  Our receptionist will greet them.  Work here at a desk for a full day or use a conference room for a half day once a month - included in your membership (a $25-$35 value all by itself!)

• Professional business address 

• Envelope image emailed to you; you decide to have the mail opened and scanned, held for pick up, or destroyed.

• Requested mail is opened, scanned, and emailed within one business day.  Physical mail available to be picked up by appointment

• One business name with one personal name; additional business names are $5 each per month

• Mail is sent to one email address only

• Add weekly checking deposits for $10 month up to 40 checks per month

• Additional checking deposits and/or additional 10 checks add $2.50 

• Mail forwarded once a month upon request, if under 13 ounces and able to be sent in an envelope*.  Additional charges if sent as a parcel.  Mail pickup daily by appointment

• One drop in day per month at Community CoWorks or one half day conference room use (subject to availability)
