If your entire team is working from home, designating the responsibility for mail can be difficult.  Use our professional address and know that mail will be handled confidentially and distributed electronically to the right person, right on time. Limited checking deposits are included.  Visitors to your physical address are greeted by our receptionist.  Your virtual office includes four drop in days at Community CoWorks or two half- or one full day conference room use (subject to availability - up to an $80 value!).

• Professional business address

• Envelope image emailed; your users decide to have the mail opened and scanned, held for pick up, or destroyed

• Requested mail is opened and scanned within one business day.  Mail is available to be picked up by appointment

• One business name. 5-8 user names (a user name=forwarding email address)

• Additional business names $5 each per month

• Once weekly check deposit included, up to 40 checks per month. 

• Additional bank deposit $2.50 per deposit and/or 10 checks

• Mail can be sent once a month to a single address upon request (size and weight limits apply).  Additional forwards or additional addresses $5 each

• Four drop in days or 2 half day  or one full day conference room use at Community CoWorks
