Mailing services that allow your small  business to handle correspondence all in one place.  Direct your incoming mail to the right person in your organization by having up to four users (1 email address = 1 user). Your visitors to your physical address greeted by our receptionist.  Use a conference room for a full day or two half days a month.  Weekly check deposits and monthly mail forwarding is included.

• Professional business address 

• Envelope image sent; you decide to have the mail opened and scanned, held for pick up, or destroyed.

• Requested mail is opened and scanned within one business day.  Mail available to be picked up by appointment

• One business name, 2- 4 user names (a user name =  forwarding email address)

• Additional business names $5 each per month

• Once weekly check deposits included, up to 40 checks per month

• Additional bank deposits $2.50 per deposit and/or 10 checks

• Mail can be sent once a month to a single address upon request; (size and weight limits apply).  Additional forwards or addresses $5 each.

• Two drop in days or two half day or one full day conference room use at Community CoWorks (up to a $50 value!)
