Combine our basic scan-it-all membership with options that will work for your non-profit or service organization. Never let your mail languish in a PO Box until one of your members is available to pick up it again. Have your mail sent to a central location, scanned and emailed to you. Membership starts at a discounted rate of $20 per month, add only what you need.

All mail is opened and scanned, and sent to one email address (under 100 pieces of mail per month) add $10 per month per additional 100 mail pieces.

If envelope image only is sent, with only requested mail opened and scanned, add $10 per month. (This is our basic solopreneur membership)

Mail is available for pickup by appointment. Mail forwarded for $5 (if under 13 ounces). This rate is half-off our normal rate.

One forwarding email address. Add $5 per month per each email address. An email address is linked to a unique user, i.e., person in your organization who has mail addressed to them or a board member with a unique title such as "Treasurer", "Secretary" or "President'.

One time per week checking deposit, up to 40 checks per month included. Additional bank deposits or additional 10 checks add $1.50 each occurrence.

Membership drives or instances where there will be a significant increase in mail can be quoted based on expected volume with advance notice
